Visit us this winter at these INDOOR farmers' markets:
Ossining, NY and Pleasantville, NY
Mead Orchards is our family's picturesque, 180-acre fruit orchard and vegetable farm, located in the beautiful Mid-Hudson River Valley of New York! We've been here since 1916, and now grow nearly 40 varieties of apples, as well as peaches, pears, plums, cherries, strawberries and other berries. We also grow a wide variety of delicious greens, summer vegetables, winter squashes, and pumpkins. And now we also have our own honey, apple cider, jam, and tomato sauce.
We're located about 100 miles north of Manhattan, 50 miles south of Albany, and just 4 miles east of the Hudson River. Go to How to find us for map and directions.
On Weekends during the harvest season (plus the national Monday holidays of Labor Day and Columbus Day), some of our fruits and berries are available for you to "pick-your-own." We also bring our produce to several regional farmers markets throughout the week.

WEEKEND PICK-YOUR-OWN From June through October, we open our family's farm on weekends to offer some of our fruit, berries, and our pumpkins to you as Pick-Your-Own.
